Easy bike with Poe.
JJ, any way to also get in a swim on W, Sunday in addition to your bike? I would go ahead and run 3 miles and bike on Friday's. If you are going to just bike, you probably need to hit at least 25 miles for any benefit. Remember to talk to Jake about the pool running workout.

I was going to run after my bike ride but my legs felt dead, so I decided to rest a little more. I plan on doing more next week, just want to ease the impact of the lifting so I didn't burn out my legs. I will try to extend my bike ride more next time then and speak with Jake about the pool running.
