Notes

I don't really know how far this was. I felt like crap but I wanted to do the long run because my mileage has been really low here. I have tons of pains (shins, knees, and right hip flexor and left achilles that hurt quite a bit indoors). I think its just from the general fatique. I'm not able to sleep more than 6 to 7 hours a night and on top of a 10 hour dig day followed by 2 hours of more indoor work and a 4 am wake up it is just exauhsting - also this thing doesn't have spell check so I realize i've probably spelled everything incorrect. Anyway running here is bad, but hopefully all the lifiting and shovel around that I do on site all day counts for something because it gets my heartrate up pretty high at points. It shows when I go for a run because my heartrate gets up so quick because of how heavy my legs feel. Sorry to complain so much here but I just feel so tired at this point and want to train better but I really can't. I feel like i'll be able to up mileage quickly when I'm back as I'll just feel 1000000000 times better doing anything with proper food, sleep, and time to run not in the 100000000000 degree sun. Anyway that is all for this week.
