Notes

DMP. Felt good. Foot held up well in my new shoes. Switched from a 2 to 8 drop which helps take some pressure off my calf and in return plantar and rolled it out really well before hand. Think with the icing and anti inflammatory paired with rehabing it, I am not doing any more damage to it.
