Planned long run at MP + 15 or 8:08 per mile. Did out and back from parents house... check out the map... Coming off Interval workout yesterday made the legs feel a bit heavy. Worked on forms - knees higher- seems to alleviate some f the abdomen pain.... go figure. Tired at the end of this... pretty unremarkable. Used new watch but darn, forgot chest HR strap. Duh.
