Planned Intervals at SHS Track of 6x800 at 6:20 pace. Used new 210 watch with HR. Looks like I max out around 178 bbm. Took awhile to get splits figured out so data above is whacky with intervals running into rest intervals. Intervals were supposed to be 3:10 or 6:20 pace, honestly it was tough. I really think their is a HUGE difference doing intervals on TM vs. track. For VCMarathon I did most of the intervals outside, where Boston I didn't. Going to push myself to do the intervals on the track... just wish others would join me!!!
