Planned Interval Set - 15 min w/up, 3x1600 Intervals at 9 mph or 6:40 on TM with 1 lap RI at about 3.5 mph between intervals. Last 15 minutes at about 8:30 to 7:53 pace. Tough workout. No speed in these legs!
