Nice easy long run with Rick. Michael and Michelle also ran but did 10 total. Mike's has Quebec Marathon next... Go Michael!!! Michelle is doing half! Felt good on run... though a bit sloggish on final hills. Was planning to do 15 at 8:15, but I didn't feel like it! It's official, I am ditching the idea of a fall marathon and going to sign up for two halfs... Any suggestions?
