Ahhhh... this one felt good... much better than the intervals on the tracklast night. Plan called for 10 miles at steady Goal MP of 7:55. Managed to keep pace amazingly steady... Used Lap Pace feature on Garmin and tried the get the feeling of the pace. Some good long hills - mile 6 to 7.5. Negative split run which always makes me happy! X-Train tomorrow with Long Run on Sunday of 15 at 8:15 pace.
