Interval Set #1 - Week T-15. 4x800M at 3:15 each with 2 min RI. (9.2 mph at 6:30 pace). Started with 1 mile warm and 4 striders. Recovery lap was at about 8:45 pace. FInished with 10 minute cool down at MP ~ 8:04. First one was ok, second toughest, third and fourth ok. Treadmill won't let me cheat!!!!
Did 50 reps on hip abductor. Talked to Dennis about core strengthening. Did 8 reps on Ultimate Crunch machine at setting #3. Also did 20 reps on Hamstring Strengthening Machine #18. Burned, but felt real good afterwards. Will try to incorporate these every other day.
Tomorrow X-Train... wish there was snow to x-country ski!
