Was supposed to be an easy recovery run at 8:53 pace after yesterday's 13 mile MP run... I cut of work at 4:00 and was running by 4:30. Felt so good to be outside and not chasing the rubber belt! Started slowly, but spring fever hit and the legs just kept picking up. I kept telling myself, "Self, you're supposed to be running slow today." I didn't listen and well, iy was a good run. Next two days are 10 milers at easy pace. This supposed to be an easier week. I will try not to screw this up. Thanks Mother Nature for the nice Wx.
