17 miles on trainer.... boring, but only way I could get a workout tonight. Got home at 9:00. Legs were heavy at first, but no residual pain from Sunday's race/run/ whatever. Bunion on left big toe joint wicked sore today. Bought a felt cushion at Rite Aid seemed to provide instant relief. Will wearit for a few days until tenderness goes away. Will try to run tomorrow night at Y after meetings... TM Intervals 8x800 @6:20 pace = 9.6. Might try to make it a Yasso 800 and do 10...Yasso says your average time in minutes for 10x800 is a predictor of your Marathon time in hours - e.g 3 min 20 sec for 800 = 3 hrs 20 min for marathon... we'll see,
