Palnned workout #2 - Fast Tempo - 2 miles easy at 8:52, 3 miles at Fast Tempo (7:17) then 2 miles easy. Felt sluggish going out... not overly motivated to get up with the sun, but can't run tonight due to work. Started slowly and did 4 struders to open up a bit. Ran the Fast Tempo faster than prescribed pace of 7:17... hard to judge on the road. Felt amazingly good doing the FT pace. Breathing became very rhythmic and form felt good. A little foot slapping on left on last two miles? Finished with two miles at about MP which felt amazingly good after the FT. Mary's Race 5K this Sunday with Jane. Not sure how I will get my long run in? T-12 to VCM.
