T-12 to VC Marathon - Planned run - Intervals - 3x1600 at 6:44 /mile (8.9 speed) on treadmill. 1 minute rest between each interval. Felt good, but it was tough to stay psyched for each interval. DId last one with some elevation on TM. Hoped to run with group tonight but got caught up in meeting... glad I got this run in this morning.
