Make up for missed tempo run from last week - Planned 5 miles at 7:18, did 6.4 at 7:20. Started out thinking I would do an easy 8:20 pace and darkness kicked my butt so I picked it up. Pretty hilly course in places with long 1.4 mile flat straight section at 5 which allowed me to pick it up. Pleased with effort. Still have intervals to do 3x1600 w/400 RI at 6:30 and and easy run 6 miles at 8:38.
