15 Min warm-up at 8:30 to 7:30 with 4 striders
2 x 1200 @ 6:37 with 2 min RI
4 x 800 @ 6:30 with 2 min RI
12 Min easy and cool down at 8:00-7:30
First one always seems the toughest! After that it was work but doable. Added 1% on grade for last 800.
T-11 weeks to VCM.
