Notes
Planned temp run - 5 miles, 1 easy, 3 ST of 7:03, 1 easy. Had elevation at 1 and progressed up to 4.5 (HB Hill elevation) for ST section of run. Knee didn't bother, thank heavens... Yesterday was so weird, felt like I had a knife in my knee jabbing with every step. Took off yesterday as planned and gone today. "Listen to your body!"
This week calls for interval workout - 5x1K @6:22 pace = 9.5 TM with 400m RI. Long run on Sat or Sun of 10 miles at MP... and dammit I will stick at MP and not chase the young'ins.
