So this was an unplanned recovery run with Michael. Suppose to X-Train today... I had to mow the lawn with the push mower... does that count? Have to admit that the pace was way faster than what a recovery run should be, but as we warmed up we both started to pick it up. I look at my fastest split at 7:12 and realize McCullough did that for 26.2. Amazing. More amazing is that elites are doing sub-5's the whole way! Started out pretty tight in the calvesm but felt good after warm-up... Wicked head wind on last mile.
