Scheduled Run #3 - Long - 15 miles at MP + 20. Ran with Michael (who had done 14 day before!) Cool and drizzly for parts - hands never warmed up. Kept a fairly steady pace for first half with a def speed up on second half. Broke off at mile 12 and did an add-on around Nottignham and Bernice to bring it to 15 miles. Felt amazing;y strong on second half. The weather was cool and I have to believe that the heat really zaps me. I did a GU at 4 miles with water and another w/ caffeine at 8.8. Hit a rain shower at mile 14! Overall average pace was 20 seconds per mile faster than planned or my goal MP of 8:04. Fairly easy to hold for 15... now add on another 11 miles!!!!
