Notes
Group run in slop. Not too awful, but made you hold back due to worrying about slipping. Abbies were sore first 2-3 miles. Ran with Doug and Cremer. Greg pushed pace at mile 6 and we all came sprinting back through Springvale. Felt alot faster than it really was.
