Expresso bike - "Monkey Pass Course." Sweat-fest. Good quad workout.

I was going to swim afterwards, but all the lanes were full. I realized that cuch was swimming as I looked out over the pool. Freestyle, steady and graceful - kick turn - down another length - kick turn... etc. I watched her for 7 minutes and she just made it look so easy!!! I can't do one length without stopping. Trying a kickturn would drown me. Nice job "El Cuch!"
