Started on Abductor machine... good for the hips! The did 10 minutes on elliptical machine.
Easy run on Y TM as I was a whoos and didn't feel like running in the wind and snow squall. Did pace at about 8:00 to 7:30 and laddered up elevation from 1 to 7 every half mile. Finished at 1.0 at 6:34 for 2 mins.
