Group run with Becky, Michelle, Ricky, Dick, Michael, Tom, Robin abd Bob from Rick's house. COLD, but felt good. First run with new shoes... felt pretty good. Left foot got cold on way out. Took 2 Chomps with H2O at 6.1 miles. Bob tunred around at 5 and I sped up to catch him around mile 10. Felt good, though still nagging piriformis ache.
