Early morning run to beat the heat... still wicked sticky and hot... yuk. Did same route as Wednesday AM but added big Bald Hill climb at mile 4... was able to keep pretty steady LT pace in PZ 3-5. Hey Cuch I like the 4:35 mile on today's log!!
