Early morning run to make up for last night. Temp was good around 68. Headed out of development and saw guy running by, go to CC3 and saw another. Past first guy and caught up to second guy - Greg. Ran with him for 8. He has done Bost 2-3x and Ironman in Lake Placid. Good runner around 45. Runs about 3x per week and bikes rest.
