Planned Tempo 5 miles at 7:22 pace. Not quite sure of variation in pacing as TM was set at 8.2 mph after first mile or 7:19 pace. I would imagine my stride cadence can influence pacing due to show pod. Felt good. Kept cadence >90...first time ever.
