PLanned Interval set of 6x800 @ 6:40 (9 mph) w/ 400m recovery @ 10:00. Started out slogging, but Lance was there and motivated me. Intervals actually felt pretty good even though I feel a darn cold coming on. Stopped watch inadvertently so used time and mileage from TM. Includes a 2 mile warm up and 1+ mile cool down.
