Small group run with Andy, Greg2, Scorpio, Egad and Rob. Ran the rail trail to Hanson with the Deer Flies chasing us. Quite a bot of DA on way down Deering with big push down River St to Y. Picked it up to try to catch Eric, Greg and Andy. Andy was back at the Y before any of us even made it to Downeast! He was flying. Happy with the run... Not too bad for an old guy running with the kids.
