First run in the sun. Will upload when I get back. In San Diego at La Jolla for conference for 4 days. Green grass, sun and 75 degrees! La Jolla is on top of a BIG hill above the Pacific Ocean with huge cliffs. Ran down old US 1 down the hill... Good practice for Boston... For about 2.5 miles then ran back on beach, then up the cliff - there were stairs, for most of it... At about burn on the calves. Total 6.25 miles. Will run again tomorrow morning. Missing all the stormy weather and snow back home!!
