What a difference a day makes, 24 little hours.... Sing along!
Planned Strength Intervals of 3x2 miles at 7:45 w/ .5 mile recovery at 10:12. Got to run this outside in shorts and L/S t-shirt. All my intervals have been on TM this winter and was curious to see what would happen outside... could I find the pace and hold it. It was tricky to zero in on the pace as the watch was slow to react to the change from slower to intervals. I tended to start faster, 6:54 and then as the average pace for the two miles started to show up I would slow a bit to hit the goal pace. Anyway, no problems like last night's TM. That was terrible. Tonight was fantastic to be out in the warm air. Wish I could have run with the group, but my schedule is too crazy right now.
BTW - No H2O on route - eat one Jolly Rancher at mile 8.
