UGH... TM=Dreadmill. This was far more mental than physical today. HR was up about 10+ - go figure. May have to do with having to get up at 3:45 for snow call. If this was outside, I'm sure it would have been a breeze. Went through two 16 oz bottles of H2O. Really wanted to quit multiple times... kept telling my self just get to 5 miles, then 6 miles... ok half way, make it 8, ok 10... What a head game! Glad this one is done!
