Planned Workout #2 - Tempo: 6 Mile Run - 2 mile warm-up, 3 mile at 7:17 (ST) and 1 mile Cool Down. Ran out to Studio By The Pond O/B. Saw Salty Gowen Park asked if I wanted to join hom at track, but I had a board meeting at 7:00. Run seemed hard to me. Out is pretty much a gradual uphill and hard to keep pace up. Seemed a struggle to get legs moving. Really wanted to bag it, but pushed pace all the way back to the Y. Looking at Intervals looks like I exceeded the goal. I find GPS pace is pretty rough at telling what you're actually doing at the moment. Anyway this one is done.
Note: Yesterday did planned X-Train at Y - 25 minutes on Rowing Machine at level 10... Tough,then 20 minutes on Bike, even tougher! Also did 5 x 15 reps on Abductor machine.
