Did 8 miles on recumbent bike with random hills set at level 11. The "wound" seem to tolerate the effort... nothing fell out! Feel a bit sore about 3 hours later? Did 5 minutes on elliptical... it seemed to hurt a bit. Finished routine with 75 reps on abductor machine... Got to keep my glutes in shape!!
Great to see CN group tonight... killed not be running with them all... such a gorgeous night.
