awesome morning for a cruiser...6 more coming this afternoon. all systems are good and got a nice dose of graston today at chiro to keep me honest.

1:05 or 9 miles. Start relaxed and build to HR 140-150 and hold it. Towards the end, run 5 X 40" at a relaxed and quick tempo, do not push or strain. Jog after each for just 20".
