Notes
did 3 loops at Wachusett today...1 cross-mountain loop (1:08), and 2 vert loops (50 and 52). Did not eat anything and the bonk held off until about 2:40 but I started to notice it around 2:20. Just did water between loops though I did start the morning off with an espresso shot. I was tired but strong throughout. That's 55 for the week and I am feeling fine with that and how my body is so I am ready to start training.
