these days its all about not being mistaken for a deer in the Assabet. body all good and just a nice smooth run this morning.

Training Plan Entry

Easy

6 mi

4-6 miles just run how you feel. Keep it easy though. HR max would be 150. At the end though run 5 X 30" fast strides at relaxed but near sprint efforts. Full recovery after each.
