Long. Play the volume be ear today and listen to your body! If you are feeling fatigued then hold this down to just ~17-20 miles. If you feel good (or just OK) then push beyond this! Up to 25-26 miles is all though. What I want is a solid accumulation of miles over a two day span, hopefully hitting 50+ miles over the next few weeks.

Again- add in the stairmaster today but do it near the end of the run instead. Maybe hit the SM then cool-down home?

Very difficult morning. Started at 5am and it was already 82 degrees and 85% humidity. Got overheated by mile 6 but stole some ice from a motel ice machine and kept moving. Would end up doing this several times during the run. Ended up walking about 2 of the miles total and drank about 90oz of mix and water. Two gel packs eaten as well. Left post tib is pissed and this running flat road shit is getting old fast. Couldn't do gym because my body was failing me from 20 on so will do it tomorrow.
