super dark and rainy this morning so had to be extra careful on the trails...leaves are falling and covering all the nasty stuff. felt great otherwise.

Today is a simple ‘listen to your body’ run. 30:00 up to 1:10. Start very easy and see how you feel. Keep it relaxed if you’re tired and let HR climb as it wants, don’t force it up.
In the last 10:00 do include 3 X 15” strides at a relaxed and controlled pace/ effort, not hard at all, just a little quick. Be cautious on these with the ankle and do them on pavement!
