30:00-40:00 Very easy effort again but do allow HR to come up if you feel ok. HR is MAF or below at all times with no minimum HR. This is a very easy effort so if HR is below MAF then that's fine. Hydrate before and after and over dress a bit to feel HOT.

Very nice little run despite the rain. Legs have been dying to go harder and longer but I held it back.
