Long tempo - 16 miles. I am looking for somewhat faster paces here.

This is broken down in 4 X 4 miles, just get close on the HR's.

4 at HR 140-150.

4 at HR 150-160.

4 at HR 140-150

4 at HR 150-160.

This will have much more muscular stress than a typical steady long run.

had no issues hitting the targets on the HR this morning...ran moderate on the 140-150 range sections and ran very hard on the 150-160 sections...had to cut the run slightly short due to some GI problems related to last night's dinner but all in all it was a great run and body feels tired but great! Pumped for tomorrow.
