Then run 10 X 30" strides at ~6:30 pace, just relaxed and quick. Hold form through out all 10.
Jog very light and slow for just 30" in to the next stride. No HR monitor today. Finish the run at PE of HR 140-150.

great run...metatarsal somewhat annoyed but i think it was a shoe issue.
