Notes

5 summit loops this morning going 47/47/48/49/43 for round trip times. It was an awesome mental workout and I really worked the downhills hard and tried to find the best economy running on the ascents. Never walked once and always kept it moving. Took in about 46 oz of ultra fuel/Gatorade mix and one pack of honey stinger gels. Very very happy with today's work.

24 miles on the mountain again. It is important to fuel very effectively on the climbs and also start well fueled. Recovery begins before any workout with adequate fuel/ hydration to prevent break down. No HR today, just run relaxed and within yourself on the climbs (and start easier than you feel like!)
