Good easy run...weather was awesome this morning. Left PT still mildly upset...also am starting to see pain similar to a neuroma between 3rd and 4th toe on right foot...same exact place I had it last October...going to tape it the same way I did last year and see if that fixes it
Run- 8 miles. Steady effort for this. If you feel good then allow HR to come up to ~140-150 but don't force it. If you're fatigued then just keep it easy and relaxed. Otherwise just cruise. Flat to rolling.
If you feel great then at the end, run 5 X 30” quick but relaxed strides to prep for tomorrow. Jog 30” after each.
