Wu) 4 miles easy jogging- run how you feel but keep it easy.

In the last mile- run 5 X 30" fast strides. Start strong and relaxed and gradually build to maximum speed, maximum effort.

Ease up and slow down gradually.

Recovery after each for 1' of jogging.

did it on the track to keep it simple and brainless...good morning but the right foot thing is still there and somewhat annoying now. I will keep an eye on it.
