Notes

Long- 17-18 miles.

Goal Black Cat pace run. Start this relaxed and easy and just let your energy and your legs dictate the pace. After 9-10 miles then if you are feeling ok- start to build pace. I would like the last ~8 miles run between 6:30 and 6:50 pace.

No HR monitor and don't dwell on the numbers. Once you get down to sub 7:00 then just go with the rhythm of the pace.

tough to find any roads that were not covered in ice but did my best and was able to get in 14 before any real traffic started and by the end I was just hopping into the snowbanks too much to make it worthwhile so called it at 14. Will make up the difference tomorrow.
