Medium long run. 1:20. The first 50:00 is strict MAF work, then for the last 30:00 hold pace and effort and let HR drift up if it wants to. Just run by PE for all of this.

Drink ~1 liter of fluid with ~40-50g of CHO in the first hour post run in prep for tomorrow.

excellent run despite the shitty fact it was on road...calf did much better today...8 out of 10!!
