Training Plan Entry

Run- 4 miles- Very easy jogging but do allow HR to come up if you feel ok. HR is below 150 at all times with no minimum HR. This is a very easy effort so if HR is 130 then that's fine. At the end though, include 4-5 X 30” fast strides up a gentle hill. Strong and relaxed efforts. Jog easy back the starts.
Hydrate with ~20-30oz of water before and after this.
