Long easy day. No need to waste yoursel fon vacation so run according to your fatigue and motivation. 1:30 minimum up to 2:30 if you are hydrating during the run. Try to take in ~20oz per hour with S-caps every hour. Eat as you feel.

Have fun today and have an adventure. In St John I used to tuck a pair of goggles in to my shorts band and run long, stopping at various beaches and swimming for ~15:00-20:00 at a time. I could see you enjoying this!
