Easy and relaxed jogging for 4 miles. Towards the end of this- do 4 X 10" relaxed pick ups to ~6:20-6:30 pace or so. Just something to open up your stride a little. This run is more to loosen you up than anything.

nice easy cruiser this morning...DOMS is almost on its way out. Right calf/post tib still showing some after effects but shouldnt last long.
