20 mile Long easy run for vertical if you feel 100% healthy.

Get up on the mountain if you can and get some climbing! Be cautious though with any twinges or aches from yesterday. Steady volume is all today, no HR.

Diligent nutrition and hydration through out all this.

still have some DOMS in legs from yesterday, especially left Post Tib but didnt really impact me today. Felt strong on the climbs today. It was about 12 miles of climbing and 8 miles of descending.
