Ran the Stow Acres GC this morning for a new PR of 1:01:15...that course always beats the shit out of me but it was good nonetheless.

Training Plan Entry

8-10 miles + strides. If you're still feeling fatigued from the weekend then keep this on the short end of just 4-5 miles and run the strides quite moderate.

Then run 4-8 X 40&quot; strides at about 5k pace if you feel great, just relaxed and comfortably fast.

Jog easy for just 30&quot; between.
